Day-to-day activities and functions Administrative/Communications Assistant

  • Emails, announcements
  • Community engagement
  • Planning and minutes of board meetings
  • Virtual event planning
  • Event planner (small events, webinars)
  • Branding and Promotions


Work history requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in communication, event planning


Job skill requirements

  • Communication skills written and oral
  • Deep knowledge with MS OFFICE outlook Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Website updating
